Formación

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within real estate or property sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian property market and industry landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within real estate and property sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and industry partners.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations for potential partners.
• Support negotiation and closure of business deals and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments to maintain competitive advantage.
• Contribute to development of business development strategies and initiatives.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
