Job summary

INTER SKY DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a General Manager of Sales Property Development to lead the entire property sales function and drive performance across projects.

You will shape strategy, oversee the sales leadership, and introduce market-driven channels to accelerate take-up rates. The role requires a strong background in property agency, a results-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, pricing and events.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management or related field (educational requirement).
• 8–10 years of relevant property sales experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in driving property sales and leading sales teams to targets.
• Strong property agency background is highly preferred, with advantage for dual agency/development experience.
• Industry network within property agencies and real estate beneficial.
• Solid understanding of the Malaysian property market, buyers, channels and sales processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement new sales strategies and initiatives.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the property's sales function and teams.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve project targets.
• Review and improve lead generation, conversion, closing and productivity.
• Introduce fresh sales ideas, promotions and initiatives based on market trends.
• Expand external channels through agencies, negotiators, referral partners and corporate networks.
• Establish relationships with key agencies and partners to generate opportunities.
• Motivate and guide the sales leadership team to achieve targets.
• Set sales targets, KPIs, pipelines and conversion metrics and take corrective actions.
