Job summary

Asian Pac Holdings Berhad (APHB) is seeking a Sales Admin Executive (Property Development) to manage sales administration for all projects. You will assist in customer service, SPA handling, and liaise with banks and solicitors to ensure timely processes.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales administration in property development, familiarity with ProREDS/IFCA, and strong communication skills. ISO 9001:2015 knowledge is a plus. Join APHB’s expanding team.

Qualifications

• Degree or advanced diploma in business/marketing/accountancy or related field.
• 1–2 years sales administration/credit control experience in property development.
• Experience with property sales systems ProREDS/IFCA is a plus.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements for property development.
• ISO 9001:2015 awareness is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales admin for completed, ongoing and future projects.
• Provide standard customer service to prospects and customers.
• Prepare SPA for superior's execution and coordinate with SPA solicitor.
• Generate progress billings to banks and purchasers.
• Issue Letters of Undertaking to banks and correspondences with solicitor.
• Liaise with purchasers on loan applications and loan solicitors' documents.
• Follow up payments with bank and purchasers; issue demands when needed.
• Support handover of units with Site and Marketing staff.
