Job summary

Mitraland Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced Project Assistant to support planning and implementation of property development projects. You will liaise with consultants and authorities, review design submissions, and coordinate for submissions to authorities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with site teams and contractors on design issues, inspections, and quality control, ensuring projects stay within budget and approved timelines while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture/Building/C&S Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• PC literate especially in MS Office and AutoCad.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager on the planning and implementation of property development and business development.
• Must be able to liaise with all appointed consultants and authorities.
• Coordinate and review the design submitted by various consultants.
• Coordinate and organize for authorities' submission for various authorities.
• Must be able to liaise with site team(s) and contractor on design issues, inspection, and quality control.
• Coordinate and monitor the project implementation to ensure the project to be completed within budget and approved timeframe, with acceptable quality.
