• Coordinate day-to-day project activities with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and site updates to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in planning, documentation, and submission processes (approvals, compliance, reports)
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
• Track project milestones, budgets, and report progress to management
• Support site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated
• Identify potential issues and assist in resolving project-related challenges
