Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and site coordination is desirable.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and approvals for property development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning project schedules and implementation timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Monitor progress, site activities, and ensure work follows approved plans and schedules.
• Conduct site visits and prepare regular project progress reports for management.
• Follow up on approvals, permits, licenses, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Attend project and site meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
• Maintain project documentation and correspondence.
• Assist in monitoring costs, budgets, risks, quality, and contractor performance.
• Identify issues or delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Support project administration and ad hoc duties as assigned.
