The role involves preparing working papers and documents, and presenting findings to management.

You will assist in feasibility studies, financial modelling, and market/economic studies for new projects, including competitor analysis and investment asset evaluation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Real Estate Management/Property Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel and Power-point.
