Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in property development, business development or land matters.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of local authority procedures, development approvals, and land-related processes.
Detail-oriented, independent, and able to manage multiple assignments efficiently.
Willing to travel within Malaysia when required.

Responsibilities

Identify potential land and property development opportunities through research, data analysis, and feasibility studies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, consultants, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
Support management in preparing business proposals, feasibility reports, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with planning, design, and technical consultants to align project concepts with market needs and compliance requirements.
Monitor development trends, government policies, and regulatory updates impacting the real estate sector.
Assist in negotiations, documentation, and due diligence for partnerships, acquisitions, and project approvals.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business development activities and project implementation.
