Job summary

PPB Hartabina Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned business development and investment professional to drive feasibility studies, market intelligence, and asset analysis for property and non-property projects.

You will lead site evaluations, develop financial models (P&L, cash flow, IRR, NPV), assess risks, and prepare Management papers and proposals for senior leadership. This role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience and strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Business Administration/Commerce with knowledge in strategic management, marketing, finance.
Bachelor’s in real estate/property development with knowledge in valuation, law, economics, feasibility.
Bachelor’s in finance/investment with knowledge in investment analysis, ROI calculations.

Responsibilities

Lead feasibility studies and development proposals for property and non-property projects.
Coordinate feedback from internal teams, consultants and valuers for robust investment papers.
Develop site, market, P&L and cash flow assessments to support decisions.
Prepare commercially sound proposal papers for Management review.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
