Job summary

CITAGLOBAL BERHAD in Kuala Lumpur invites an Executive, Property Development to assist in analyzing new project proposals and oversee progress of on-going ventures for reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in related fields and 2–3 years of experience, with strong MS Office and communication skills.

You will conduct feasibility studies, market analyses, risk assessments, and coordinate with internal teams and external authorities to ensure timely approvals and successful project

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and ad hoc assignments.
• Experience working in Developer’s company and procedure is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility studies and business modelling of new ventures with cashflow analysis.
• Assess marketability via market studies, SWOT, and risk factors.
• Document processes, report project status, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and liaise with site team for payments.
• Prepare Management Paper and assist in management reporting.
