Job summary

The Lion Group - Property Division in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Assistant Manager - Development based at HQ. You will lead project development planning, oversee implementation, and help strategize business direction.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or higher in Property Development or related field, with 6–7 years in property development. Travel locally or overseas may be required; you will work with authorities, stakeholders and consultants to drive successful projects.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning experience for development projects.
• Market analysis and identifying target customers for development.
• Solid understanding of building infrastructure and authorities requirements.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of project development planning and oversea project implementation.
• Strategizes Company’s business direction – identify trends, analyze market demands and recommend to Management.
• Identifies development potential, prepares feasibility studies and cash-flow for projects.
• Formulates development concepts, prepares design briefs and development phasing.
• Coordinates authorities submission processes and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Negotiates land deal terms and maintains stakeholder relationships.
