Job summary
Randstad Malaysia is seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager/Assistant Manager for a leading property developer. You will source and evaluate investment opportunities, negotiate commercial frameworks, and drive growth across real estate sectors to expand the portfolio.
You will build relationships with corporate partners, conduct feasibility analyses, and structure joint ventures to maximize value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, International Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate growth, or investment management within real estate, property development, or related commercial sectors.
- Demonstrated success in structuring joint ventures, securing strategic partnerships, and driving high-value growth initiatives.
