DK-MY PROPERTIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing efforts for its property development projects in Malaysia.

The role requires steering a team, shaping pricing strategies, and driving brand visibility across digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in launching and selling mixed-use developments, with deep knowledge of market trends and customer behavior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management or related discipline.
• 8–10 years in property development with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in launching and selling residential, commercial or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding and customer engagement.
• Experience managing sales teams and external marketing partners.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet targets.
• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team for high performance.
• Plan and oversee property launches, campaigns, exhibitions and events.
• Collaborate with sales agencies, marketing partners and advertising agencies.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and performance reports for Senior Management.
• Monitor sales pipeline and conversions to ensure targets are achieved.
• Enhance customer journey and sales processes.
