Job summary

Nextland Group Sdn Bhd in Klang's Bukit Tinggi area is seeking a dependable Account Assistant to support full-set developer accounting, maintain records in the SQL Accounting System, and handle day-to-day routines with high independence. You will manage AP/AR, assist with month-end closing, and liaise with auditors as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Exposure to property developer accounting is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Accounting System.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Full Set Accounting Support: manage full set accounts for projects (AP/AR) and bank reconciliations.
• Data Processing & Entry: input daily financial transactions into the SQL Accounting System.
• Financial Reporting: assist with month-end closing and supporting ledger entries.
• Independent Execution: perform routine accounting tasks with minimal supervision.
• Administrative & Compliance Support: file tax/audit documents and liaise with auditors/tax agents.
