Job summary

PropNex Cheras is hiring an enthusiastic real estate professional to prospect, present, and close property deals. You will generate leads, assist clients in buying, selling, and renting across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, and conduct property viewings.

Trainings are provided, and you will engage with owners, buyers, and developers while meeting monthly targets and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Job description

Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers and tenants.

Provide professional advice on property market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

Negotiate property transactions and tenancy agreements between parties.

Prepare and follow up on sales documentation and agreements.

Maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and developers.

Update property listings on online platforms and social media channels.

Achieve monthly sales and rental targets set by the company.

Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for property viewings.

Basic knowledge of property market trends and real estate practices is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
