Job summary

PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic content creator to manage social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, delivering posts in English and Mandarin with a strong creative edge.

You will generate original ideas, produce same-day content from trainings, edit short clips, and write captions that reflect the brand voice, while collaborating with Design and Video teams on campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Creative Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media; portfolio required.
• Bilingual: fluent in English AND Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Mandarin.
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere; ability to cut and publish clips.

Job description

All candidates must be bilingual in English AND Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities:

Produce content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube — with a strong creative angle that stands out

Attend company training sessions and produce same-day content: highlight posts, Stories, and short-form video clips (30-second cuts from training footage)

Generate original content ideas — you are expected to pitch concepts, not just execute briefs

Develop content for recruitment purposes — showcasing Agent success stories, company culture, and platform advantages in a way that is compelling and shareable

Manage and publish content on the company Telegram Channel (weekly Wednesday posts) covering company news, training highlights, and new project launches

Write captions and copy in both English and Mandarin that reflect the brand's voice

Collaborate with the Design and Video teams on content production and campaign planning

Stay ahead of social media trends and proactively bring new formats and ideas to the team

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Creative Arts, or related field

1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media — or a portfolio that proves your ability

Bilingual proficiency: fluent in English AND Mandarin (written and spoken)

Demonstrable creative instincts — someone who can look at a brief and elevate it, not just fulfill it

Strong copywriting skills in both English and Mandarin

Basic video editing proficiency is required — CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent (you do not need to be an editor, but you must be able to cut and publish a short clip independently)

Comfortable working at pace — able to produce quality content quickly when the moment calls for it

Portfolio of previous content work is required at interview
