Job summary

PropNex Cheras is seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist with daily office operations, maintain filing systems (physical and digital), and help ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced real estate environment.

You will monitor sales progress, track submissions, generate periodic reports, verify transactions and commissions, respond to agents inquiries, and support the team in data management and policy compliance across PropNex Malaysia.

Job description

Monitor sales progress and maintain accurate sales databases.

Track sales submissions and ensure completeness of required documents.

Update sales reports and generate periodic sales performance reports.

Review sales submission, generate invoices

Calculate agents' commissions accurately based on company structures and payout schedules.

Verify sales transactions and supporting documents before commission processing.

Prepare accounting report and payout summaries.

Monitor pending, payable, and completed commission payments.

Resolve commission discrepancies and respond to agents’ inquiries.

Administrative Support

Maintain proper filing and documentation systems (physical and digital).

Maintain SQL data.

Respond to agents inquiries.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.

Support day-to-day office operations.
