Job summary

Eraworks Energy (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is hiring a Procurement Officer to manage procurement for engineering projects in Cyberjaya and Johor. You will source suppliers, issue RFQs, compare quotes, and negotiate terms to ensure timely delivery and cost effectiveness.

The role requires 2–3 years of procurement experience, especially in construction or infrastructure, and proficiency with MS Office; ERP/Procurement systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of procurement experience; experience in construction/infrastructure industry is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP/procurement systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement of project materials and services, including supplier development, RFQ, price comparison and negotiation.
• Assist in procurement contracts, goods receipt inspection and follow-up on quality issues.
• Support project departments in material allocation and inventory management.
