Job summary

Eraworks Energy (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Sepang, Selangor seeks a procurement and logistics professional to liaise with suppliers, support procurement planning, and track purchase orders for civil/M&E projects.

You will manage procurement contracts and payments, monitor project costs, and coordinate logistics, ensuring compliance with budgets and local import regulations. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Malaysian construction standards (MS, CIDB) and supply chain practices.
• Experience in civil/M&E projects; proficient in AutoCAD/Procore/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers for quotations and support procurement planning.
• Track purchase orders and manage procurement contracts and payments.
• Monitor project costs and cash flow; submit periodic financial reports.
• Coordinate logistics and customs clearance for M&E equipment/building materials.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, subcontractors and authorities.
• Organize project meetings, business trips and events; provide bilingual minutes.
• Support on-site issue resolution (e.g., material shortages, permit delays).
• Execute cross-departmental tasks as assigned.
