Zusammenfassung

PERUNDING KOS BERSATU SDN. BHD. is expanding and seeking a highly committed Quantity Surveyor to join our Penang or Puchong offices. We welcome fresh graduates as well as candidates with 1–3 years of QS experience to contribute to cost planning, BQ preparation, and claims processing.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, budget monitoring, and coordinating with clients and consultants. This full-time role offers medical & P.A insurance and opportunities for an annual company trip.

Qualifikationen

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Preferably candidate with 1-3 years working experience in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

• Preparation of cost plan, BQ, progress claim, variation order claims, final account
• Coordination with client, consultants and etc.
• Undertaking cost estimation, cost monitoring and control for updating project budget
• Other ad hoc assignment as and when required by the management
