PERUNDING KOS BERSATU SDN. BHD. is expanding its team in Malaysia to handle cost surveying and construction cost consultancy projects from our Puchong and Penang offices. The role focuses on preparing cost plans, quantity schedules, and handling progress claims, change orders, and final accounts.

Ideal candidates have a degree or diploma in quantity surveying and 1–3 years of experience, with fresh graduates welcome. Applicants will work full-time at our offices in Puchong or Penang.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 1-3 years working experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Preparation of cost plan, BQ (utilizing QuantiFAI), progress claim, variation order claims, final account
• Coordination with client, consultants and etc.
• Undertaking cost estimation, cost monitoring and control for updating project budget
