As a Project Supply Manager, you will share resources and operate globally, focusing on project supply assurance. During peak periods, you will support the project supply delivery and supply assurance of representative offices and branches by smoothing out supply peaks and filling supply troughs. For small countries or zero-platform scenarios, you will provide temporary support for the supply delivery and supply assurance of various customer groups and projects.

Key responsibilities

Align with business strategic requirements, manage customer supply satisfaction, gain insights into customer supply needs, undertake relevant strategies from the account department, conduct customer collaboration, and formulate and execute supply strategies for customer groups

Be responsible for contract supply ability, lead the design of supply clause negotiation strategies, and participate in contract bidding and negotiations

Lead the design of supply solutions, and use these solutions as a basis to plan supply resources in advance and prepare supply capabilities

Participate in the integration of the project master plan and lead the development of the supply sub-plan (including shipment, arrival, customs clearance, delivery, and preparation of supply resources), and manage its execution

Be responsible for the end-to-end supply delivery, inventory accuracy, and inventory efficiency of the project

About you

Familiar with supply chain operations and the operations of the carrier and enterprise industries (internet, healthcare, power, banking, etc.)

Experience in ICT industry-related product knowledge is preferred

Possess the ability to design and negotiate contract terms in the supply chain field

Have the capability to design end-to-end supply solutions for carriers and enterprise networks

Have the ability to collaborate with carrier and channel customers and manage large projects

Have good customer communication skills, logical thinking, cross-departmental collaboration, coordination, and driving abilities

Have experience in project management and team management
