Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Finance Specialist (Project Financial Controller) to support project financial operations for ICT projects in Kuala Lumpur.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting and KPI monitoring to ensure alignment with contract scopes. The candidate will liaise with sales, delivery, procurement and collections to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments, while upholding internal controls and accounting standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent background.
• 2+ years of related working experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Assist Project Manager in project financial operation management for ICT projects.
• Prepare project-based budgets reflecting contract scopes and bidding estimates.
• Produce monthly forecasts and variance analyses to monitor budget vs. execution and KPI targets.
• Support cost reduction initiatives to improve project profitability.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, procurement and collections to ensure proper documentation for payment and invoicing.

Finance Specialist (Project Financial Controller)

Responsible for assisting Project Manager in a project financial operation management of a major sales and delivery of ICT projects.

Responsible for preparing the project-based budget according to the Company's standard and original bidding estimation, ensuring all products and services covered by contract scopes are reflected in the project budget.

Produce monthly financial forecast and analysis to monitor budget variance, produce budget baseline and monitor the execution, ensure consistency between operation result, budget expectation and achievement of the project's predetermined financial KPIs.

Support controllable cost reduction to improve project profitability.

Liaise closely with the business team (including sales, delivery, procurement and collection team) to monitor the sale and delivery process, to ensure proper project delivery and documentation for payment, sale invoicing and collection purposes.

Ensure project delivery operation complies with Company's financial management and internal control regulations.

Candidates must possess at least a degree in Accounting/ Finance or any equivalent background.

Preferable candidates with at least 2 years and above of related working experience.

Business Commercial for Contract Negotiation.
