Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Project Specialist to coordinate project activities, track timelines and support planning and execution. You will facilitate cross-functional communication, monitor risks and maintain documentation, reports, and status updates.

This role involves leading medium-sized projects and engaging with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of project coordination, vendor management, solid communication skills and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 2 years plus project coordination experience.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized and detail minded.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partner.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight timeline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiations skills.
• Ability to build good relationship with customers, suppliers, and internally with cross function teams.
• Resilience, energetic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collects, enters, and organizes data and other information to support research projects; carries out basic analytic tasks; organizes materials for and provide draft inputs to written products such as literature reviews, project documentation, progress reports, research reports, and briefings.
• Leading medium size and cross functional projects.
• Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes.
• Stakeholder management-Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication
