Job summary

Shine Technology SEA (MY) Sdn Bhd is seeking a site/Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities on ELV and security system installations.

You will supervise on-site installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV, access control, turnstiles, and related systems, read technical drawings, and ensure safety and quality while coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics/IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of site/project engineering experience.
• Experience with ELV, CCTV or data centre projects is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities.
• Supervise site installation works to meet drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and other contractors on site.
• Support installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV, access control, turnstile, mantrap, intrusion alarm and other security systems.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including site reports, inspection records, testing and commissioning documents and as-built information.
• Troubleshoot site and technical issues and coordinate with the project team for solutions.
• Monitor site progress, manpower and materials.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality and project requirements.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
