Job summary

Wei Kwang Electrical & Air-Cond Engineering Works in Johor Bahru invites applications for a supervisory role in M&E construction. Diploma or higher in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering is required, with at least 1 year of supervision experience and a Class D driving license.

Fresh graduates with enthusiasm are welcome to apply. Responsibilities include coordinating daily site progress, ensuring work adheres to drawings and schedules, supervising constructors and subcontractors, and

Diploma or higher in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
1 year's experience in supervision of M & E construction project.
With Class D driving license.
Fresh Graduates with enthusiasm are welcomed.

Responsibilities

Supervise, monitor, coordinate daily work progress at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, procedures & schedule.
Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Prepare and schedule orders and deliveries of building materials.
Carry out inspection and tests to ensure that work done has meet to the quality requirement.
Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.
Liaise with contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period. Report to GM/PM if any discrepancy is detected.

Skills
