Job summary

Powertechnic Handling Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive (Service Sales / Project) based in KL/JB/Penang. You will handle after-sales service, breakdown support, and project-based sales, coordinating with technicians and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a diploma/degree in engineering, business, or marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or newcomers are welcome to apply.
• Have sales experience in Project and Service sales will be added advantages.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong interest in project sales and technical products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems – training will be provided).
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transport and willingness to travel for work (preferred).

Responsibilities

• After Sales Service & Breakdown Support: respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests.
• Coordinate repair and troubleshooting with technicians and follow up on progress.
• Maintenance & Refurbishment: promote maintenance contracts and refurbishment packages.
• Provide quotations, proposals, and advise on upgrades and long-term maintenance.
• Project Sales Executive: identify new opportunities and meet clients to assess requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project costing; coordinate with internal teams.
