Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Project Planner to plan, manage and maintain the schedule for our control systems site installation and commissioning works in Malaysia. You will work with project managers, site staff, vendors and contractors to align the project timeline with the end client's schedule, focusing on critical path and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include developing schedules with Primavera P6 or MS Project, monitoring critical path, generating progress reports, and coordinating resource

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience with project management software: Oracle Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• 1-3 years of planning experience in green-field construction projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and maintain the schedule for control systems site installation and commissioning.
• Develop and implement the project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Identify and monitor the critical path and coordinate with MEP handovers.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-Curves and manpower histograms.
• Assist in resource leveling to ensure on-site availability during peak and off-peak periods.
• Represent the company in weekly progress meetings with Main Contractor and clients.
