Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Designer to promote furniture and interior solutions, providing design consultation to customers in Malaysia. You will engage leads, manage inquiries, and drive sales while coordinating projects from inquiry to delivery.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for design, and the ability to work independently to achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the construction, furniture, or interior design industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Passionate about sales, furniture, and interior design solutions.
• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel, work weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Follow up on company-provided leads, walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, and showroom visitors.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions based on customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic design recommendations.
• Coordinate customer orders, delivery arrangements, and project follow-ups.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, packages, and special promotions effectively.
• Attend site visits, customer meetings, and support outlet operations across Malaysia when required.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
