Job summary

TRE Towers Holding Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations in Kuala Lumpur and ensure projects progress as scheduled. You will coordinate inspections with authorities, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or related engineering field and has at least 5 years of construction/site supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Must have formal education in construction or related engineering field.
• Proven ability to organize, manage time and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
• Proactive, responsible, service-oriented and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate inspections with authorities and ensure compliance as planned.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and maintain project records (RFIs, variations).
• Conduct site inspections and material checks per project specs and quality standards.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety regulations, and uphold company quality standards.
• Assist in resolving site issues and report progress to Management.

Job description

Supervise daily site operations and monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.

Coordinate and ensure inspections with relevant authorities (e.g. TNB, Lift, Car Park) are carried out as planned.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain project records, including RFIs, variation orders, and site documentation.

Conduct site inspections and material checks to ensure work quality complies with project specifications.

Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

Assist in resolving site issues and report project progress to Management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, site supervision, or project coordination.

Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Proactive, responsible, service-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Able to work independently and support the Project Manager in delivering project objectives.
