Job summary

TRE Towers Holding is seeking a disciplined Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities, prepare daily reports, and support the Project Manager in delivering objectives on time. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Coordinate and ensure inspections with relevant authorities (e.g. TNB, Lift, Car Park) are carried out as planned.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain project records, including RFIs, variation orders, and site documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and material checks to ensure work quality complies with project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Assist in resolving site issues and report project progress to Management.

Job Requirements

Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Proactive, responsible, service-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Able to work independently and support the Project Manager in delivering project objectives.
