Jora Malaysia is seeking a Diploma/Degree holder in Quantity Surveyor or Building Management with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office and MS Project is required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors, responsible for the overall coordination of the project, including project planning, budgeting and cost control, and the implementation of safety and quality systems.
• Follow up on the application for planning and construction drawing approvals with local government departments.
• Ability to review construction drawings and estimate building materials.
• Assist in project implementation and supervision of on-site construction progress.
• Prepare relevant reports as required by the Project Manager.
