Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Building Management graduate with at least one year of relevant experience to join the team in Kedah. The role involves coordinating with consultants and contractors, budgeting, and ensuring safety and quality systems are in place.

The successful candidate will review drawings, estimate materials, and support on-site progress while maintaining strong organisation and teamwork. Travel and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Management.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants and contractors for project coordination including planning, budgeting and cost control; implement safety and quality systems.
• Follow up on planning and construction drawing approvals with local government departments.
• Review construction drawings and estimate building materials.
• Assist in project implementation and supervision of on-site progress.
• Prepare relevant reports as required by the Project Manager.
