Job summary

Air Products Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage proposals, projects, procurement, and invoicing. You will ensure capitalization, close projects as per status, and handle engineering templates with due diligence.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, at least 1 year of project coordination experience, and strong English communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Project Module is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min. 1 year of Project Coordinator experience.
• Willing to work on public holidays depending on region (replacement leave provided).
• Attentive to detail, prioritization and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good verbal and written communications skills (ability to work with various cultures).
• Proficient English language skills (spoken and written).
• Microsoft Office proficiency, Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, discipline, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experience in SAP Project Module is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create proposal, project, purchase requisition, purchase order, material reservation and invoicing.
• Complete project capitalization and close projects based on status.
• Upload final documented engineering templates.
• Perform due diligence on project-related requests to ensure all information is filled accurately.
• Interact with project engineers to clarify project structure requirements.
• Support administrative tasks and track budgets and schedules in the system; report project status.
• Monitor project progress monthly and report to project managers and Customer Engineering teams.
• Adhere to SLA and KPIs set annually.
