Job summary

Private Advertiser in Penang, Batu Kawan area, seeks an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead NPI programs from prototype development through High Volume Manufacturing.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, operations and supply chain, manage schedules, risks and stakeholder communications.

A Bachelor's in a technical field is required; 3+ years in semiconductor/electronics NPI; experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI programs from prototype development through High Volume Manufacturing.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, operations and supply chain.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk registers, and KPIs; manage progress and changes.
• Ensure quality, schedule and cost objectives are met throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead and manage NPI programs from prototype development through High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). The role involves cross-functional leadership, project planning, risk management and ensuring successful project execution within timeline, quality and business objectives

• * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline. Master’s degree is an advantage.
• * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, electronics manufacturing, NPI, program management, or manufacturing operations.
• * Strong project management capability, including schedule management, risk management, stakeholder communication, issue escalation, and action item closure.
• * Proficiency in project management tools, data analytics, Power BI/Tableau, automation tools, and structured reporting are preferred.
• * Strong understanding of NPI lifecycle, phase-gate governance, manufacturing readiness, capacity planning and quality systems
