Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced NPI Manager to lead new product introduction projects from concept through to production readiness.

You will coordinate with design, quality, manufacturing, procurement and supply chain teams; analyze drawings, BOMs and specs for manufacturability; create and manage project schedules; facilitate prototyping, testing and tooling; identify and manage risks; and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure customer delivery, quality, and profitability targets are met.
• Drive NPI projects from concept to production readiness, coordinating with design, quality, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and customer specifications for manufacturability.
• Create and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate prototyping, testing, validation, tooling, fixtures, and machine setup activities.
• Proactively identify and manage risks.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams regarding change requests and feedback.
• Support cost estimation, quotations, and additional tasks as assigned.

Education
