Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of dedicated PM experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry.
NPI track record leading hardware projects through full development lifecycle.
Deep knowledge of Copy Exactly! methodologies and strict change-control processes.

Responsibilities

Direct the complete NPI lifecycle from concept and prototyping through to release and volume manufacturing.
Matrix-manage international cross-functional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing, including external contractors and vendors.
Champion and enforce Copy Exactly! principles across design changes, manufacturing processes, and supply chain transitions to ensure parity.
Develop rigorous project schedules, manage budgets, and mitigate technical/supply chain bottlenecks.
Act as the primary technical liaison between internal stakeholders, global manufacturing sites, and outsourced engineering partners.
