Job summary

onsemi is seeking a proactive NPI Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from concept to volume production. The role interfaces with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams across NPD, technology transfer, and engineering builds, managing schedules, risks, and phase-gate readiness while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in NPI, manufacturing, or semiconductor/electronics environment preferred.
• Strong project management, scheduling, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple NPI-related projects from concept through volume production.
• Serve as the interface between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and external stakeholders.
• Lead NPI project execution across NPD, transfer, and engineering builds to ensure on-time delivery.
• Own project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide EBR planning, project visibility, and management reporting.
