Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Planner to develop, monitor, and control project schedules using AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with technical requirements.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align schedules with deliverables, perform critical path analysis, track milestones and costs, and prepare progress reports, dashboards, and planning documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or coordination.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare and modify technical drawings and layouts with AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align schedules with project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Perform CPM analysis and resource planning.
• Track project milestones, costs, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure all drawings and schedules comply with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and planning documentation.
• Support tendering, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify actual progress vs planned.

Job Summary

The Project Planner is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules while supporting technical planning through drafting tools.
