Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Planner to develop, monitor, and control project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, while supporting drafting through AutoCAD.

The role requires strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project to ensure on-time delivery, alignment with technical requirements, and adherence to project standards. 2–5 years of planning experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or coordination.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Prepare and modify technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align schedules with project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Perform critical path method (CPM) analysis and resource planning.
• Track project milestones, costs, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure all drawings and schedules comply with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and planning documentation.
• Support tendering, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify actual progress vs planned.

Job Summary
