Job summary

Proton seeks a seasoned professional to oversee the development and integration of Proton products into export markets. You will coordinate between Manufacturing, Project Managers, HCA/L&D, PICSB, KD assemblers, overseas distributors, and other cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role focuses on project management, system integration, training program organization, and performance reporting across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in system implementation and integration in product development or manufacturing.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating training programs.
• Experience administering e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and integration of the Proton product into export markets.
• Coordinate between internal departments and external partners to support system adaptation and performance reporting.
• Manage program scope, budget and results within the project.
• Identify opportunities and risks and steer development strategy.
• Lead program steering committees and supervise the program team.

Job description

The candidate will oversee the development, integration of the Proton product into Export Market at Proton Plant and at CKD Plant. Main responsibility in Project Management and Product Developing. Coordinating between teams and supporting system adaptation, training, and performance reporting. Collaboration and Stakeholders: The candidate will collaborate closely with various internal departments and external partners, including Manufacturing Teams, Project Managers, Human Capital & Administration (HCA)/Learning & Development (L&D), Proton International Corporation (PICSB), KD assemblers, Overseas Distributors and others Cross-Functional Teams

• Responsible for management, results and budget within the program
• Solutions to target conflicts and irregularities within the program
• Ensure product targets and characteristics are achieved within cost (Project BOM target) and timing (Project Master Timing) requirements
• Identification of opportunities and risks
• Define and implement of development strategy
• Ensure conformance to requirements / directives
• Build-up of program organization and supervision of program team
• Target agreement within Internal customer, program team, line management
• Controlling and monitoring of program target requirements
• Lead program steering committees
• Initiate and conduct Lessons Learned workshops

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience in system implementation and integration, preferably within a product development or manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
• Experience in organizing and coordinating training programs.
• Experience in administering e-learning platforms.
