Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a coordinator to ensure smooth transition of new products from development to production, representing the operations team. The role covers coordinating between development and production and supporting the Manufacturing Engineering Team.

The position involves driving optimization projects in operations, including in/outsourcing support and ensuring Lean and 5S principles are applied in planning production lines.

Responsibilities

• Coordination between production and development
• Preparation and monitoring of the project transfer schedule
• Creation of requirements for engineering, production and service
• Planning of production validation
• Introduction of production-relevant topics into the project
• Creation of process descriptions and work instructions
• Risk assessment of the production process
• Management of optimization projects in operations
• Support for in/outsourcing projects
• Support in planning production lines in accordance with Lean and 5S principles
