Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Provide administrative, reporting, presentation, meeting coordination, and follow-up support to top management.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and development phases to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with government agencies, utility providers, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and compliance certifications.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, track expenditures, forecast cost variations, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial targets.
• Source, evaluate, and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Identify project risks, assess potential impacts, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain quality control throughout the development.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, verify work against plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Coordinate with leasing teams on tenant requirements and handover readiness while incorporating sustainable design, environmental, and ESG considerations.
• Implement project management tools and digital tracking systems, conduct project close-outs and lessons-learned reviews, and recommend improvements for future developments.
