Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad in Penang is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead utility relocation projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality and timelines. You will coordinate with utility providers, authorities, consultants, contractors, and clients to obtain approvals, develop schedules, monitor resources, and manage commercial performance to meet targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Infrastructure Engineering, or equivalent fields.
• Minimum 12 years of working experience, including at least 7-10 years in utility relocation, infrastructure, M&E/MEE, highway, rail, or related project management.
• Strong experience in managing utility stakeholders and authorities such as utility asset owners, government agencies, local councils, consultants, and contractors.
• Proven leadership, project management, commercial, and stakeholder management skills, with Professional Engineer (PE) registration and/or PMP certification considered an added advantage.
