Highway Systems Oversight: Supervise the installation of critical highway M&E systems, including street/smart lighting, CCTV, and Variable Message Signs (VMS).
Power Distribution: Oversee the deployment of high/low voltage power distribution networks, substations, and backup generators along the highway.
Site Supervision & Coordination: Manage on-site M&E subcontractors and coordinate with civil/structural teams to prevent utility clashes.
Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensuring all highway electronics, lighting, and fire safety systems meet stringent national transport and authority standards.
System Reliability & Uptime: Guaranteeing that critical safety systems (emergency phones, tunnel ventilation, backup power) are 100% operational.
Utility Coordination: Securing approvals and managing connections with national power, water, and telecommunications providers
