Job summary

Gateway Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and cost control. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, track progress, and support NPI and manufacturing projects.

You will develop plans, monitor progress, handle scope changes, and provide regular updates to management. Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience in new energy, batteries, automotive, or advanced manufacturing preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end NPI projects from concept to launch.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Familiar with PMP/PRINCE2/Agile methodologies preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and organize meetings.

Requirements
