Job summary

Glocomp Systems is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of telecom projects including IP RAN rollouts, system integrations, and service deployments. You will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field, 5+ years in telecom project management, and hands-on IP RAN,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in telecom project/implementation management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 and networking credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of telecom projects (IP RAN rollouts, VoIP/UC systems, transmission/backhaul).
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Act as primary client contact throughout project delivery and coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and vendors.
• Manage scope, risks, and mitigation strategies and oversee site surveys, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Track milestones and report status to stakeholders; manage change requests and post-implementation reviews.
• Train internal teams and clients on new systems and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom projects, including IP RAN rollouts, system integrations, and service deployments. You'll manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of telecom projects (IP RAN rollouts, VoIP/UC systems, transmission/backhaul, BSS/OSS integrations)
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
• Act as primary client contact throughout project delivery
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and vendors
• Manage scope, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Oversee site surveys, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning
• Track milestones and report status to stakeholders and management
• Manage change requests, issue escalation, and post-implementation reviews
• Train internal teams/clients on new systems
• Maintain project documentation (SOWs, technical specs, as-built records)
• Ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project/implementation management, preferably telecom
• Strong knowledge of IP RAN, LTE/5G, transmission networks, VoIP, SD-WAN, and network switching/routing
• Hands-on experience rolling out IP RAN projects
• Proven ability managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
• PMP, PRINCE2
• Networking certification
• MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, or relevant certifications
