Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in comparable industries:
• Experience in managing IT Infra projects
• Experience in end-to-end project management of complex projects spanning for more than a year
• Handled tracks/ workstreams/ projects independently as part of large programs/portfolios
• Managed the project from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues
• Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to work during weekends if required (for maintenance/ migration activities, handling escalations etc.)

Desired Skills

• Telcom/ Service Provider Infrastructure experience is preferred
• Technical knowledge on Cisco hardware and software
• Experience in contract Change Management process
• Experience in managing Partner delivery and commercials when 3rd party technical delivery resources are engaged
• Hands‑on experience in Microsoft Project, Jira / Rally
• Experience in Networking: SD-WAN, Routing & Switching
• Mandarin Speaking is crucial as we need to cater to Mandarin speaking client/customers.

Education & Additional Certifications

• Certifications: PMP Preferred (not mandatory), CSM Preferred (not mandatory)
