Job summary

GLOCOMP Systems is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead telecom project planning, coordination, and execution, including IP RAN rollouts, VoIP/UC systems, and BSS/OSS integrations. You will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires 5+ years in project/implementation management, strong IP RAN/LTE/5G knowledge, and proven multi-project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project/implementation management, preferably telecom.
• Strong knowledge of IP RAN, LTE/5G, transmission networks, VoIP, SD-WAN, and network switching/routing.
• Hands-on experience rolling out IP RAN projects.
• Proven ability managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2
• Networking certification
• MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, or relevant certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of telecom projects (IP RAN rollouts, VoIP/UC systems, transmission/backhaul, BSS/OSS integrations)
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
• Act as primary client contact throughout project delivery
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and vendors
• Manage scope, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Oversee site surveys, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning
• Track milestones and report status to stakeholders and management
• Manage change requests, issue escalation, and post-implementation reviews
• Train internal teams/clients on new systems
• Maintain project documentation (SOWs, technical specs, as-built records)
• Ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
