Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in electrical, power, automation, industrial, EPC, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing customer-facing technical projects with scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to power systems, substations, grid automation, data centers, or related industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Grid Automation projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary customer interface for all project delivery activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, contractors, and internal functions.
• Monitor progress, financial performance, cash flow, risks, and opportunities with mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy quality standards, contracts, and HSE requirements.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate performance to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned.
